1. Definition of Personal Information
Personal information refers to information about an individual that can identify that person through the name, address, telephone number, email address, place of employment, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in that information (including information that cannot identify an individual solely on its own but can be easily cross-referenced with other information to ultimately identify an individual), or information that includes a personal identification code as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

8. Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information Subject to Disclosure
Requests for “notification of purpose of use,” “disclosure,” “correction, addition, or deletion,” or “suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of provision to third parties” (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”) of personal information subject to disclosure held by our company should be directed to the telephone number specified in Article 4. After verifying your identity, we will promptly respond in accordance with our established procedures. However, if responding to your disclosure, etc. request would fall under any of the following circumstances, we may be unable to comply. If your personal information is deleted or its use suspended, etc. you may no longer be able to receive services you are currently using.
Furthermore, personal information that is no longer necessary due to the completion of service provision, etc. shall be disposed of in accordance with Flat Peach's regulations.
